If people could see what has been happening behind the scenes, you would all think that I’m crazy. I have been on an absolute grind for the past 2 weeks, doing everything I can to not only finish βπ π¨ πππͺ π βππππ€π ππ π¦, but to make it better than I imagined it could be when I dreamed up this story. It has been great and exhausting, but we’re here nowβat the end of the journey. As I close out the edits over the next 2 days, I’m ready to see my baby go out into the world and wreak havoc. I’m anxious about the readers’ reactions because I truly believe this is my best book to date. I suppose that’s all that matters at this point, but let me be honest, I want you all to feel it π I want you all to see the vision and the complexities of this novel and come away with understanding.
The end is near once again, and I’m ready to put my art into the world for judgment. I know how much people loved The Darkest Kink, and while I believe I did Journey and Evan justice in Book 2, I hope you all agree.
ARCs are only days away. I’ll be bombarded with reviews, stars, and chili peppers over the weekend, and I’ll know if I hit a homerun or not. My stress and anxiety will be turned all the way up, but it’s okay. This is what I do, and I honestly love it. Let’s fucking go π
